Awesome event

Online ticketing was easy as is having tickets on the phone. As always the choir, soloists, conductor and orchestra were brilliant. Ushers were very helpful - we couldn’t find our seats without their assistance. Overall a very enjoyable start to the Christmas season.Thank you ☺️

Your phone representative was fantastic…

Your phone representative was fantastic and sorted the problem. The reason for the low rating was I spent over an hour trying to send my tickets to the phone or app. App wouldn't recognize me. Very frustrating. She sent me copies to print.

My seat was double ticketed, embarrassing and disappointing. The performance was fantastic though.

Take note of your booking and check before you go to your event.

1. Password was correct yet had to reset many times2. App showed tickets had been canceled with no explanation3. No email to me re the change of venue4. Had to email to find out what was going on and got a PDF of the tickets.

The phone app was playing up

The phone app was playing up. On the day of the show I had to re-set my password twice and was constantly trying to log into the app to make sure it would go smoothly on the night. I walked into the venue hoping it would work, luckily it did.

it was a bloody shambles

it was a bloody shambles. Fistly the app did not work. I tried it on the computer I tried it on the phone. Finally it worked so off we ent to the show. BUT at the show it did not work again. Luckily they were able to print our tickets for us. We were not the only ones that this happened to. Please go back to letting us print our tickets and not use the phone. The show Cirque Africa was amazing
