Lots of reminders to download tickets…

Lots of reminders to download tickets and get ready. That was great especially as I'd bought the tickets so long ago ! One confusing email however that seemed to get the dates mixed up - possibly in American format ? I got a reminder that my show was on March 2nd when it was actually on Feb 3rd.... All other emails were correct however.

app push is annoying

The push to use the app is annoying. Due to security of work apps not everyone can use it. I was lucky to have a chat with one of the staff members at the show and they printed my tickets. Please stop being so pushy.

Simple process to secure tickets

Simple process to secure tickets. My one moan is the inability to book 2 tickets where 3 are available. The booking process insists that you can't leave 1 seat. It's a total pain & has stopped me booking in the past. The process of adding tix to Wallet is easy. Overall, a good service.

Supporting Acts

Sound from Dj and Roodi was awful too much vibration, supporting acts went on too long, Fat Freddy did not come on till 8.15 and finished at 10.Disappointing.

Quick and Easy

Ticket master made entrance very quick and easy and was very simple to use! I loved how to app looked and how everything was very smooth to use. Everything was labeled and placed where I expected and was overall the perfect ticketing app!

Tickets were surprisingly easy to get

Tickets were surprisingly easy to get. Entry to the event was pretty seamless. The venue was a nice size, with plenty of food outlets and excellent new porta loos! Loved six60, absolutely loved them, such great performers!!
