Living in Aust and a big fan of NZ I purchased tickets for an event in NZ.I had some difficulties my end with tickets, I needed to speak to someone urgently, that wasn’t an option so I used the internal “contact me link” on my booking nervously hoping for a reply. … I can’t talk highly enough about how quick, informative and helpful the customer service provided by Kezia was! Query no:39129721I contacted Ticketmaster as I was having a great deal of trouble accessing my TM account. I was lucky enough to strike Max who could not have been more helpful. Throughout the course of the day and over 50 emails back and forth, Max was patient and kind and didn’t stop helping and offering possible solutions until we got things sorted. Max is an absolute legend and a wonderful representative of the help team Much appreciated 😊
