Downloaded app as required

Downloaded app as required but no tickets showing there as promised. The app had a notification but none of the options actually did anything. All I got was upcoming shows. After trying to transfer to another email address that would not work, as I had to use the first email address to login to TM. It did not like that. Eventually, on the brink of trying to call someone, I managed to get the ticket QR code to save into my Google Wallet. Fortunately that worked.

Arjay has been absolutely fantastic accommodating a mistake I made whilst booking my tickets, and was able to issue a refund with no drama. I cannot be more thankful!

No-ticketsmaster

Whatever happened to tickets? You call yourselves Ticketmaster but you don't have any tickets. I booked online and ended up trying to figure out what on earth I was required to do to actually get into the theatre and get my seats. Fortunately, the man at the theatre reception office was able to do something that ended up with actual real live printed tickets. If he can do it, why the hell can't you? I will avoid Ticketmaster like the plague in the future.

Is there an end to Ticketmaster's greed... apparently not!

Tried to buy ticket at the box office to workaround extortionate and unreasonable fees (infrastructure & handling fees - 1.95% and $8 respectively) only to find that there they sell tickets at even more inflated prices than online.This racquet has to stop.

Buy from literally anywhere else

a strenuous ACTIVITY, all to fkn list up your tickets for potential sale… just about every ounce of personal information is required aswell as super lengthy wait times and dont let me forget about the manual review thatll take 4 business days, THEN itll be LISTED. id rather have lost out on MY money before i had entered a single bit of my information, which i didnt need to buy them in the first place!
