We booked in advance, unfortunately they had to change our seating. There was no reason why, Or a better up grade given. We were given seating a row behind our original booked seats. I did question this, had no reply for approx a week. The night of the show, the seats we originally booked, were left empty. People higher up in the arena Came and sat in them. This was disappointing to see, We don’t understand why the seats were changed. When they were never used. I’m disappointed how Ticketmaster made changes, with no reason. Moving forward, you should call customers, to inform changes and explain the reason, or at least provide better seating.
Well, this silly nonsense of no screenshots and no printed tickets? All the extra fees? And the nonsense of a website that has to 'load' things all the time? You put up with ticketmaster, you don't *want them*.They're the mustard on your chocolate cake.
