Review Time
Have not had issues with Ticketmaster’s ticketing systems before but this time there was a Glitch with the system. Several couples had been seated apart even though they had bought and chosen seats together . Staff at ticketing office onsite were helpful and did their best to provide alternative seats which although were not as good as we originally chose, were adequate. It was a cold night however venue was overheated which affected the enjoyment of the show. Staff were notified by several attendees at the show and worked at resolving it.
The ticket selection process was infuriating because it would not let me choose the seats I wanted - there was a single BOOKED seat on the end of the row and it would not let me book the 2 seats next to that - kept saying 2 free adjacent seats had to be available or something but the single one was booked! I had to take ones further to the left and they were the same price and NOT good seats! Then of course 2 other people could book the ones I couldn’t. Also the cost of the seats to the side in Row C should NOT be the high priced ones - it is very hard to see over the heads of people in front because the seats are on the same floor level (stupid design!).
