I was unable to resell my tickets, which was a pain. Tickets went to waste.

Restricted View

I would suggest that the tickets purchased should have been advised as restricted view. As we were at the same level as the seats across the walk way, we spent most of the performance trying to see between the heads of those seated at the back of the front section.

From purchasing the tickets, to watching the show to going home, everything worked like clockwork and all four of us thought the show itself was well choreographed, had plenty of audience participation, very clever and almost seamless costume changes and clever humour with Chris ad-libbing so well. A 10 out of 10 experience although would have loved to see the Great Hall's organ incorporated into the show, too.

Plenty of advance information. Admin costs added to ticket price always a rip-off. I don’t pay extra to use a card in a supermarket, I shouldn’t have to pay when I use online when there isn’t a choice.

Excellent entertainment by tribute artists

Really enjoyed the show. Booking was easy and essential updates were provided. The screen photograph which accompanied the artists’ performance added another interesting dimension. The performers were brilliant, both voice and accompaniment. Their rendition of the story of the duo was excellent. The only negative was a dazzling central spotlight used initially and at odd intervals during the performance. This potentially could damage eyesight of those caught in the beam. A horrible experience which detracted from a brilliant performance.

Awesome agent worked so hard to fix our problem!

Jhandie was amazing! We bought tix to a show, on an aisle for my husband's disability. When TicketMaster re-allocated our seats (show wasn't selling well, and it's part of their T&Cs that they can move you to "comparable" seats), we discovered our new seats were mid-row -- which simply won't work for mobility reasons. We reached out via the website, and this agent went back-and-forth a half dozen times over email to find a better option for us. I know we all like to complain about TM's fees and policies, but they've also got some AWESOME people in Customer Service who deserve a huge shout out!
