I accidently booked seats in the CC aisle of the Michael Fowler Centre think it was row C, not CC which is right in the back. I filled in the online form requesting a change. The service person promptly got back to me and booked me better tickets. It took a few emails back and forth and the replies were all prompt and helpful.

I only sent the email today requesting the refund and it had been processed by mid afternoon. That is amazing service. Emails received during the day requesting information were professional and friendly.The reason for the four star rating is that the event had been cancelled (no idea how long ago) but Ticket Master had not let me know and I only found out by chance.
