Review Time
I found the overall experience in purchasing and getting into the venue to be mostly easy. I found though that the QR code reading machine to be glitchy, where it worked for one ticket but not the other, where luckily the staff person had a back up reader which worked. Outside of this, there were no other issues.
Transferring tickets to my family was so clunky compared to Ticketek. When you go in to the order it doesnt show the tickets individually so that makes it hard to choose which one you want to forward and instead of to a mobile phone it requires emailI transferred one by mistake , then recalled it, and was unable to use it when I got to the venueAlso when i tried to book carparking at Marvel it said no availability. When I went to Marvel website I booked no problem - why?
When paying $100 for a ticket, I expect to see the stage. I had a pole right in front of view completely obscuring the stage. It was a sold out, with no spare seats to move to.What an uncomfortable experience. Perhaps when tickets are listed for sale you should liaise with venues to ensure an appropriate view is available or block out that seat.
Went to musical which costed us$600 for two of us. Many people walked away and musical was worst we ever seen. We asked for credit or partial refund and they don’t care about customer experience. Wonder why is not possible to leave review about musical or Ticketmaster directly. People deserve to know ! If I would of able to read reviews about musical I would have never went ! Do not buy tickets from them!!!!
