Awful company! Be careful! All positive reviews here are biased because of a good event not Ticketmaster's awful service!I tried to resell tickets and payment has not been paid back to me for over a month. No one to talk to and agents are not fit for purpose. Lost my money and cannot get it back. Avoid if you can!
Disappointing! There was no advance notice of a support act [if you can call a DJ an "act"] or what time the main act would start.The main act [Earth, Wind and Fire Experience] talked too much and "jammed" too much instead of playing the hit songs as close as possible to the original recordings, which is what the audience expects.
Good amount of portaloos and friendly ticket staff but access in and out of the mosh pit was badly set up in between chairs and over cable covers with no fast way in and out. Not safe and was better when we came to the same event at that location a couple of years ago. There was a good amount of food options and we felt safe and the event had a good vibe and music level/ audio and ability to watch screens was great
The venue is excellent, the performances were fabulous, Crowded House - fantastic!!! Food, drinks, toilets - all great! One area with lots of room for improvement, rubbish management. Not nearly enough bins. The ones that were there for over full, simply more bins would make the post-event clean up far more efficient.
The music and performance was great. It would have been good to know who the support act was and set times.I had visibility issues as there is no alternating of seating space. I had to have my head tilted to the side to see between people in front of me.
Due to the weather yesterday we were unable to enter the venue when we arrived, as they had closed the gates temporarily. There was zero communication from Harvest rock or any form of updates other than limited Facebook stories.. we were all sent out into the wild weather walking around for 3 hours just wondering what was happening… when we were able to return there was limited updates and music resumed with original set times. And no explanation or apologies about missed bands that we were there to see. Not impressed and finally hugely disappointed in the closing act.. the strokes who were rubbish! We could barely hear the lead vocals and he seemed uninterested in head lining and unaware of where he was.. everyone started walking out by 10pm.. almost seemed like a massive early exit…. Will not be returning next year that’s for sure!
