A slow website that leaves you wondering if the transaction is happening but gives you a timer to remind you how long it is taking makes you feel as though it is your fault. Then at check out a charge of €1.65 for the option of printing out your digital e ticket at home using your materials is an insult.
The website kept crashing when I was refreshing to get tickets (the tickets were all sold out but some became available again). Then after a while I got kicked out and placed at the end of the queue. I managed to get tickets anyway but it was a horrible experience.
