I’m trying to contact Ticketmaster France, I made a mistake and bought wrong tickets today. I need to cancel them, but in France they don’t have chat or telephone number to call. I already sent 2 forms and I’m waiting for the solution. I hope I have some answer soon
I could not see the seats until they were in my cart and being processed. The connection was slow and buttons did not open quickly which was stressful given the time limits for checking out. Looking forward to the concert and hope to have a better experience in person.
The way the tickets were organized and displayed was quite confusing. When I clicked the option to pay with a credit card, it redirected me to the main page, so I had to go through the whole process again. Luckily, the tickets were still available.

However, due to a misleading ticketing system, I was instead sold Platinum tickets, which are seated and in different sections—completely different from what I intended to buy.Why This Is a Serious Issue: • The Ticketmaster website falsely displays VIP ticket descriptions when selecting the Beyoncé Package, but only offers Platinum seats instead. • Customers don’t realize they’re buying the wrong type of ticket until after the purchase. • This issue has been ongoing for weeks, yet Ticketmaster has done nothing to fix it.Customer Support Ignoring Complaints: • I reported this issue on February 19, 2025 and provided evidence of the misleading ticket descriptions (including screenshots and videos). • Their resale platform is also broken—no one is buying these mislabeled tickets, leaving me stuck with unusable seats.Buyer Beware! • If you’re buying tickets through Ticketmaster France, double-check what you’re actually getting. • This misleading practice could affect many customers, and Ticketmaster’s lack of accountability is unacceptable.I am filing an official complaint with consumer protection authorities and encourage others who have faced similar issues to do the same.
I purchased tickets for Beyoncé's concert on Feb 11, but shortly after, I found better seats for the concert on Feb 12. I reached out to Ticketmaster to request a cancellation of my initial order.Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response or guidance on how to proceed. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company as well-known and trusted as Ticketmaster.I kindly ask Ticketmaster to address this issue and assist me with the cancellation of my order number 333998810.
In July, they sent two tickets in different sections and seats compared to what I originally ordered in February. The seats are separated, one in section S12 and the other in S13 of the Stadium, meaning my child and I would be seated far apart in different sectors. I requested either two adjacent seats or a refund, but received no response. Very poor customer service. Best to avoid.
