Review Time
I tried to buy tickets for stray kids and I had them and I was ready to pay. I filled out my card info and then went to my bank to approve the transaction. It didn’t work.. I tried at least 5 times then the web lagged so I didn’t get those tickets because time ran out and I had to buy the ones a LOT MORE expansive and not where I wanted..
I was buying tickets for Stray Kids Day 2 and was surprised about how bad the website was since I already bought tickets on the German and British Ticketmaster website and those were fine.After it was my turn to buy tickets, I was redirected to the site but it didn’t load anything. I had to wait about 10 Minutes until I finally was able to see the seating plan and could put tickets in my cart.Also the seating plan was so bad, you could barely read the names of the sections and you couldn’t choose the seats directly on the plan, you got random tickets. Because of this I kept getting tickets I didn’t wanted because the location was bad, so I had to cancel and reselect. While still trying to buy the tickets the website shut down COMPLETELY for several minutes??? like you only got an error message and you couldn’t even visit the main pages. Since it was expected that many people would buy the tickets at the same time and because it is literally a ticketing site, I think they should have better servers to be able to handle so many people at the same time. Like how is it that the entire website shuts down just because there’s 60k people trying to buy tickets?
Buying a concert ticket was uncomplicated. I saved my details beforehand. On the day of the sale I also received a reminder via newsletter. I logged in, waited for my turn, chose the tickets, paid for them...and that was it. It didn't take more than 2 minutes. Immediately after that the tickets arrived by email. As I said: uncomplicated.
Generally the site is not bad. I like that you're instantly transported from the waiting room to the queue.The main problem is, that the site had a lot of issues when it was my turn to buy the tickets. It took a long while to load and I've gotten multiple error messages. I could load the site again and again but every time I wanted to select a ticket it was "not available" or "due to technical issues" it was not possible for my to select any ticket at all. This happened although there were still Tickets left, as my friends still got Tickets a few minutes later. This happened to me at two different ticket sales and I read that many people complained about the same issues, it's really frustrating, especially as buying tickets itself is just such a stressful situation.
