After lying to me about a 2026 delivery date, I discovered the truth: the furniture is sitting in Getafe. The driver (Tel: +34 642 210324) confirmed that the delivery on Jan 5th failed only because Tikamoon failed to provide enough staff for unloading. Even worse: while I’ve been waiting since November, they are now listing my furniture as 'In Stock' on their website to attract new buyers, attempting to resell an item that legally belongs to me. This is a clear case of commercial fraud. European Consumer Authorities have been notified

I ve accidentally order the same item twice , so both been delivered to me . I ve contacted the tikamoon and Tracy arranged to collect it from my home and make sure to get my refund in 3 days . Highly recommend the quality and professional service.
My experience with this company is very good indeed.The product I bought got mislaid in transit and they have been very good at sorting it out, providing a replacement and changing the transit arrangements to a new delivery company.
