I'm a store Owner, and this tool is definitely great if you are too.I'm very picky when it comes to UI, sometimes I stop using software just because I don't like the UI and User Experience overall (of course, I weigh this decision with other factors as well). I do that because I will be working with the tool every day, and I want to feel good and comfortable when I look and navigate through the dashboard and features.TinyEmail is away above the majority of its competitors when it comes to UI. They made an excellent job with a very clear user interface, nice colors, and easy to navigate and understand.I've already used other email software, like MailChimp and Klaviyo and so far I'm very pleased with tinyEmail, because it delivers a great experience, with many templates and automation to choose from, and all of that for a fair price.Their customer support is also great and very fast to get back to you. It is one of the best marketing services by email that I used. I love the fact that this allows me to create unique email models, configure automatic responders and follow my opening and click rates. I also like the fact that the company is still working on new features to further improve the tool ( digital products templates soon). The prices are affordable and customer service is first rate.
Pretty solid solution for email marketing. Templates are nice and for multiple purposes. Once you import audiences from other platforms or integrate it with your favorite ecommerce site (e.g.Shopify) it is easy to create campaigns. I recommend it.
In all transparency, I just started using @tinyEmail. Setup was a breeze. The interface is intuitive and easy to follow. I set up my first email campaign within 5 minutes, and wow – easier than Squarespace email campaigns with so many templates to choose from! The templates pulled my specific branding/logo/colors into the editor which is so easy to use. While I am not new to email campaigns, this is by far the easiest I have ever used (drag and drop elements), step by step checklists, and more.As with any business, I am always looking for affordable solutions. This purchase is by far the best affordable one for my needs. I am not renewing our Squarespace email campaign service and sticking with @tinyEmail. If you need an email service provider, this is the one to give a look, a try, and you will find, it is worth the buy.
The tool is so nice to use. I was able to create an entire campaign and schedule it in less than 10 minutes. What a pleasure. Thank you for creating software that does not need an engineering degree to figure out. Clean and minimalist UX/UX. The big boys have much to learn from you. Very well worth the price.
