The only tiny about tinyEmail is the price. This is a complete email marketing tool with everything you need. High flexibility in building groups and very relieable delivery rates.Also the service is outstanding. Very fast and warm and friendly. You feel like family.I can highly recommend this tool

I will update the review once a few more items from their roadmap go live (woocommerce, advanced automation triggers, drag and drop builder).Template creator is great, pretty easy to throw together an email. The broad range of stats for email campaigns are pretty good out of the box while also being very clear and instructive. The contact importrer works great and is very intuitive also.
It´s a great platform for sending plenty of emails; you can try it before you buy. I was checking other platforms, but this one has a better pricing for me. Support is awsome! They really make their best to help you with any problem you might have, not only through email, but zoom call. Highly recommended.Perhaps I´d only would love being able to select having the editor in modules or WYSIWG like Wordpress.

TinyEmail is everything I love about my favorite autoresponder tools, without all the stuff I don't like. :) Bottom line is, it's extremely easy to navigate, I don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to set up an automation campaign, and the email builder is very intuitive and simple. My first campaign took me less than 10 minutes to set up, and inbox deliverability has been awesome. My new favorite autoresponder for sure!
SOME promise.. yet lacks customisationTo begin with I could see great promise with this platform.. The email builder and templating options seem great!It would be nice to have a genuine wysiwyg editor to see the images when editing the template options.. It would be nice to have an HTML code editor even if the builder can not offer these features out of the box. Another work around could be to expose the API for custom fields, then I could connect to my existing choice of Wordpress form builder..
It doesn't have the full functionality of some others (yet) but it is more than enough for our business. If you don't have a dedicated team for marketing, aka you are doing it yourself or email marketing is not a major focus of your business, then TinyEmail is a great solution. And they charge on an email usage rate not subscription rate which is a major bonus on the main competitors.
I am super happy with Tinyemail. I am a real estate agent and wanted a platform similar to Tinyemail but many of them were cost prohibitive. I got everything I was looking for with this platform and have been able to easily integrate my crm through Zapier.So far, so good. Very Happy!!!
