It is really easy to use tiny email and it helps keep you connected with your clients. Having beautiful customized emails at your fingertips can really make a difference in making more sales. I love the fact that it is integrated with shopify. This makes it easier for me to send campaigns and web shop emails. Saving time can mean a lot for a small business. I look forward to any updates they may have as theres already a lot of useful tools in tiny email for a small business.
I'm still learning how to use tinyEmail. From my first impression, it does everything I need and much more. And, because I got it through the Appsumo deal, I think it's a great deal.I did have a few questions regarding the program and contacted tinyEmail through their chat/messaging. I then had a Zoom meeting with a gentleman named Mashiar, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to talk with. My questions were all answered within minutes, thank you so much!Overall, the email system works like the major email programs out there. I am happy I made this purchase.
The support and customer care from tinyemail really stands out from anything we've experienced before. We had a technical difficulty integrating one of our websites and instantly had the issue passed to the CTO which was resolved the next day.Mashiar and Vitalie were also there to support us through our first campaign, always available on live chat and very understanding about a higher than usual bounce rate while we woke up our email list.I really can't recommend them enough
Seriously, some of the best customer service I've ever come across. And the ease of sending emails... piece of cake! They offer easy-to-use and professional looking emails. The process is easy and the stats for the campaign are great. Very glad I chose to go with tinyemail.

As a couple more items from their roadmap go live, I'll update this review (WooCommerce, advanced automation triggers, drag and drop builder).It's quite simple to put up an email using the template maker. The wide range of email campaign statistics are often good right out of the box and are also extremely understandable and instructive.The contact importer is highly user-friendly and works excellent.

I was searching for a solution to do some email marketing for my businesses for a long time! But unfortunately I wasn’t able to that because of the pricing of the different platforms. What they’re offering is too much high for me as a solopreneur. I was simply not able to effort them. But finally I found the TinyEmail that offers a competitive pricing with lots of extraordinary features to choose from. I’m really happy with them so far. Connecting to my email list is hard. Using just the email platform is not enough. But when I found out about this awesome tool, it solves everything. I can import my email list easily, create campaigns and large volume of templates. It's really an awesome tool. But I think the best asset they have is their customer support. They respond easily with concerns. 10/10 for me
