I ordered a lat pulldown machine and stored it while a gym was built. When I opened the box, they only shipped half of the weight stack. They said it was too late for the to do anything about it but offered me a discount when purchasing the weights. When they sent me the prices, I was told that I would get no discount. The cost to replace the missing weight is $840, almost $6 per pound plus tax and shipping. To purchase all of the weights would be $1680 plus shipping, almost the price of the whole machine with free shipping. Customer service is horrible.

I purchased their safety squat bar and it arrived missing an entire sleeve, so I could only put weight on one side. I called customer service and they told me it will take an “untold amount of time” to process my request, but once processed, it will take 10 days to ship to my residence. So here I am out $300 with a product I can’t use for an “untold amount of time”. I will never buy from this company again. I would rather pay a little extra to Rogue and get quality equipment that I can actually use.

BEWARE OF TITAN FITNESS! I ordered from them before and was considering ordering a leg ext attachment for my rack. I wasnt sure it would fit but I had it in my cart. They use SHOP PAY so my shipping information and payment information was saved in my account. A day later I get an email saying my order had shipped! I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would cancel. Nope. It came a few days later. Several calls and open support tickets and they tell me to mail this super heavy box back at MY COST and they will decide if they are going to refund me the $400 they billed my card. CROOKS!
