The support I received from Jane was really great. Straightforward, was able to confirm and answer my question. Polite and pleasant to speak with. Clearly Titan has a good infrastructure in place for their customer support. It certainly keeps me coming back for more products. Keep treating your people well Titan and customers will continue shop for your products.

My initial experience buying my T2 rack, and using my T2 rack have been great (and a trap bar). However my husband ordered the leg extension for me at the very end of the business day. I realized that night that it would hinder the functionality of my rack to leave it up, but I wouldn’t be able to lift the piece on and off for each use due to it being almost 80 lbs. He called the next day (approximately 2-2.5 business hours later) and due to their outsourced customer service and logistics, and the poor communication between these departments, they couldn’t cancel the order and stop the shipment (despite telling us they put in the request to cancel the order that morning). Even to request to reroute the shipment via UPS, customer service has to put in a request with a separate shipping department and wait (despite the issue being time sensitive). Our only recourse is to refuse delivery - if we catch UPS….there is no option for a signature. To ship the item back will be astronomical. In Titan’s defense, I do like their products but their customer service is terrible because it is outsourced like their other functions … they said they’d waive the 20% restock fee but we shall see if that happens after we see if the package shows up…Just make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase and pray you won’t need to cancel an order or return anything!
