The product itself is great. It works perfectly for our service customers as it is easy to use and the process is straight forward. There are rarely outages and when there are they are easy to troubleshoot and resolve. The support form Tjekvik is excellent. They are always quick to respond and their responses are thorough and detailed. They also provide regular meetings to discuss our kiosks performance what we can do to improve.
We have just gone live today with our new Tjekvik Express Check in kiosk - the experience of on-boarding was fantastic from start to finish and the training was amazing- Sarah who is our Account Manager was a delight to work with and as I told her at the end of the session is one of the best trainers we have ever worked with- she is a great example of an ambassador for the company- we look forward to working with you in the future! We use Tjekvik for home check in and self service via the Kiosk here at Western Motors. Integration to our business was made simple and was supported from initial POS through install and training and we still have regular meetings with account Manager , Sarah Rukas. The Product is simple, effective and brilliantly received by our customers. Highly recommend.

I wish to compliment Sarah Rukas on the recent introduction of Tjekvik to MSL Cork .The system has allowed our clients to self-check in and out as they wish and to reduce the waiting time .They can also authorise a price spend amount and to select item like wipers for replacement in advance .This has really improved our Service Department efficiency .The clients and our service staff response have been very positive and the continued support Sarah provides is most helpful and informative .Many Thanks .Paul MoriartyAfter-Sales Manager
