I ordered a pair of TLB Mallorca Martin Loafers from the MTM program. The customer service recommended to select size UK 11 since I have a feet length of 29,5cm. After receiving it I opened the shoe box and tried them on but they were way too large.I contacted them to ask how we can handle the situation an they told me to try to put 1 or two insoles into the shoes and try some heel grips, denying to make an exchange.I am very disappointed since TLB Mallorca indicates a size chart which is not correct. I had really strong expectations from this team, but unfortunately it didn't go as expected.Kind regards
I felt compelled to give my review of this brand after having a few years' experience now owning various shoes across their lasts from main line and artista. As most I would be a bit hesitant to invest in a high quality pair of shoes without knowing how they will fit and the return/exchange process being somewhat obscure. I did measure my feet, width, length, and instep and was given a recommendation that worked really well on the Madison last. After a few months I wanted to get an Artista model and was advised to use the same size (6UK, width F for me) as the Madison last. This did work great for both Picasso and Goya shoes, however with the Van Gogh they were far too tight and was unable to wear the shoes after a few tries. Overall, this is an excellent company, yes they are smaller in scale so they cannot possible respond as quickly as a large brand, but you are getting an excellent product for the price. Lastly, one of the Van Gogh Oxfords had a slight defect and I brought it up to them and they were very apologetic and I was given a little bonus perk for honest feedback.
These are the finest shoes I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I am sure that as TLB Mallorca becomes more well-known, their prices are going to go up. In the price range that these shoes are in now, they are probably the best shoes in the entire world at this price range. Their service was great. I really want to get a pair of loafers from them when I have enough spare cash to drop this much on shoes again.

The loafers now fit amazingly and the leather insoles they sent made a huge difference. After I sent them a photo showing how the shoes fit, they offered me a return and even threw in a free pair of insoles 🥹🥹Really happy with how everything turned out. Would absolutely recommend TLB to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes and genuinely solid customer service!!
The shoes are really great and I'm super happy with the purchase. The process getting them was a little different from with US companies. I usually size down with loafers and asked if I should do that again, but received an email saying that they run true to size. They don't run true to size, so definitely size down. It was also delayed by 3-4 weeks and I didn't know till I sent an email checking up. But yeah, shoes are great. Definitely get them. Super comfortable and they look great.
I always wear a 10,5 UK, equivalent to a 44,5 EU (Herring, Loake, Church's, Cheaney). I was contacted after ordering, gave the required information and a 9,0 UK was suggested. After some back and forth I cancelled the order as this would have never fit.
