Amusing that they have simply started a new trust pilot page rather than deal with the issues. 9 days from order to delivery, no reason or updates given as to why. Quality varies hugely despite comparatively high prices. Customer services utterly useless and just copy and paste a script without even reading the issue. Won't be ordering from them again.
Great quality goods prices very reasonable,I have never had to return anything,I order for myself my daughter and grandkids so I don't need to be looking all over I have everything in one place for birthdays Xmas or just spoil myself.
Love Tommy Hilfiger a lot of clothing has gone down hill and made poor and keeping the same price. But Tommy Hilfiger remains the same very well made like always and love the fact they do xxs as I am very tiny lady and have always find Tommy Hilfiger do a xxs and fits perfect for me and the jacket I received was a xxs and like my clothing to be snug on me. The jacket was amazing well made only thing was it did come up a little bit bigger not a lot tho. So keep up the good work Tommy Hilfiger Joanne
