I wanted to buy something my partner wouldn’t want to return so I decided on a coat from Tommy Hilfiger and it didn’t disappoint. The ease of ordering and the quality of the coat is second to none. It takes a little longer to arrive than some others but it’s definitely worth the wait.
This is my first time purchasing tommy in its own website.the bag is so brilliant and can tell its really genuine.the box is great too,its a box named on it from tommy not an ordinary one its excellent.the costumer service was also very good responsed immediately when i had a question.i can this company is so brilliant!
the product is good, delivery arrived as expected. The problem is the box marked "Tommy Hilfiger" it was not packaged to protect it. It traveled as is, arriving a little damaged and with the addressing label stuck on it! How to give the gift in this box?? Too bad!
terrible store. I bought tge product 29th of November . They promised delivery within 4-5 days. currently December 19th. still no parcel. The support service behaves rudely. they don't deliver what they promised. They refer to the fact that the parcel has not been reported as lost, despite the fact that it has not arrived yet. When asked to file a complaint with the support service, they stop talking. This company does not have the right to be on the Internet site
Have always liked Hilfiger clothes great quality and prices are good specially when you get discounts. Ted Baker used to be my go to shop for shirts but after they shut not a lot of choice on their website. Well happy with the shirt I bought on this website but have always bought my t-shirts from here.
I was told my item was lost and to order another. Assured by two separate people that I would get a refund and to go ahead and order the item again. The first order turned up but TH have refused to cancel my second order. Awful customer service every step of the way.
