The product is good. However, I would appreciate faster delivery and improved packing. The outer packaging was fine, but inside, one item was covered, while another was just in the box. I hope for better packing next time; otherwise, I have no other issues.
I purchased a reversible belt in black & tan as well as a navy blue water repellent thermal rip stop padded jacket for my son for Xmas. I did this with the help of the supervisor at Westgate Centre, Oxford. I had a voucher and there was a sale on and she sorted out the discount as I’m not techy and it was a little complicated. The items arrived so quickly from the Netherlands, even though they said there was a delay. Very pleased with the delivery information. The only thing that could be improved is the box they came in, which is not the quality I’d expect from this brand.
My daughter's jacket arrived on time but was too small, as we could not work out the sizes. However, the return was straightforward, and we were able to buy another one. The quality of TH items is always great, prices are reasonable, and even the Royal Mail didn't disappoint. I love the brand.
