Review Time
My family have been shopping online with TH now for over fifteen years and in all this time have never once had an issue. When there was a query or aspect (of no great importance, but needed resolving) we have, as yet, not had to communicate with them more than once to satisfactorily resolve the concern.Their website is simple to navigate (unlike many others that bombard you with marketing or adverts relating to other items they are selling. They accept all payment cards and payment methods that we have ever needed.Simply put....The best experience bar none!
I received used and dirty pair of trainers as if they were new. I went to TH website ( a supposedly genuine and safe site) to order a pair of lovely trainers which I received today, but to my disappointment and shock, I was sent a used and dirty bunch. After contacting their customer care, the best they could offer was a return and refund that would take 15 working days or thereabouts before the refund would reflect into account. I the customer should wait that long for my money, even though the error was not from my side. How is that a fair and just trade??? I certainly didn’t expect this from a brand like TH.
PayPal inputted the wrong address- I immediately contact customer services to correct it and I was told I was not allowed. Couldn’t cancel the order, so now my order has gone to an address I cannot access and my order is lost. Terrible company will never order again
Excellent service from Tommy Hillfiger once I submitted my order it just took days to receive my order , also had regular updates on progress of my orders , received in excellent condition packaging perfect I would recommend Tommy Hillfiger.
One of the best companies for beautiful clothes, fantastic colours and an amazing sale. Service is outstanding, they genuinely work overtime to give us the customer outstanding service and incredibly efficient.
