I have ordered 4 different times and every single time it has been hassle free. From using the website, making payments and finally receiving my merchandise. Always quick and in a timely manner. Also tracking my order is so simple and believe me, when I say I need simple. Honestly anyone can do it.
I'm taking 2 stars away because it's so difficult to get my size right off Tommy Hilfiger with their brand of clothing I'm between 3xl and 4xl So sometimes I have to send back clothes when they don't fit.Last time it took 6 weeks to get refund. I love Tommy Hilfiger clothing it's all I wear. So it dishartens me to say this but it's true.Maybe I'm been a bit harsh but 6 weeks is a lot. Love you Tommy
Do not waste your time and if you do then be prepared to wait I'm not talking days here more like a week to take process the order then 48hrs for them to post and track it then wait for delivery... so far I'm still waiting having ordered it on the 21st its now the 29th and its just getting posted but I have to wait a further 48hrs before it can even start tracking.... its missed my grandsons birthday so not impressed. And their customer service needs firing just some random innocuous email you recieve when you complain seriously avoid!!! I would gave them zero if I could....why is there no 0 We are off to italy tomorrow so there will be no one to recieve the item so i will have to re arrange delivery so thanks for that tommy
Tommy Hilfiger's USA online ordering and fulfilment service is not fit for purpose. The online shop is unable to process orders quickly and accurately enough, resulting is shipping times way beyond what is quoted. They clearly don’t care that they state delivery estimates they cannot fulfil.The ‘customer service’ is appalling, with agents unable to resolve issues or offer compensation for problems they've created - an absolute disgrace for a global brand! The entire experience is shambolic, the Chief Operating Officer should be fired, replaced by someone who’s able to improve things. Most disappointing about this, judging from all the other comments, is that Tommy Hilfiger online just does NOT care. Shop elsewhere!
Returns No good.Have used this company a few times. Had toreturn a belt and the Customer service department is just No good. Have not replied to me and now stuck with belt that was sent to small. Will claim money back via Credit card. Wont but from online again.
