I paid for express delivery but my item took over a week to arrive. Tried to contact customer service on various platforms but no replies. Dreadful service. First and last time to shop at Tommy Hilfiger. I thought they were a premium brand but I was wrong. Customer awareness is shocking. Avoid.
Ordered three black shirts for my brothers and I to wear to my mother’s funeral. Orders and was charged for expressing shipping expecting the shirts to be delivered in 1-2 working days. Parcel arrives on 5th working day with “standard” printed on the couriers label. Do not recommend paying for the express service.
Website is really easy to use. I really only buy most of my stuff when it is on sale as can be expensive but every now and then will buy a decent shirt. Use the website more now than I go to the shop as I just find it easier. Clothes are great and always really good quality. Never had a problem...although last year I bought 3 pairs of shorts for a holiday and should have gone for large instead of extra large. Wore them on holiday so didn't feel right about sending them back :)
