Review Time
The original customer service was welcoming and helpful. I was glad to make the team happy with my email address, but it could be a double sword....8/9 I ordered a Makita power saw and was told it was in stock and I would have it in the next few days. Mind you, there was a public holiday on Monday. Few days turned into a week, when I was told, it had to be ordered in and is now available, which was the 15/6. I needed it and wanted to pick it up, but was told it would come within a couple of days, it was a 2 hour turnaround trip ..., so I relented. Today, 17/6, I still do not have the saw.I ordered a robotic vacuum from the US and had it within 3 working days. OZ, I am sure you can do better,I am so disappointed, would I buy again from Tools warehouse? Really?
i ordered 2 heated jackets on the 5th May 2023. I was informed via email on the 9th May 2023 that one of the jackets was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock till the end of May (it did not say that on the website). There was other jackets that i wanted but it said they were out of stock. The email stated that they will ship the rest of my order in 3-10 business days on the 9th May 2023, i recieved another email today 16th May 2023 saying that they have delays in their supply chain and they wont be shipping it for a further 2-6 days. i have requested a refund because i will get it faster from either sydney tools or total tools. i hope i get a full refund soon because i will have to involve fair trading like another customer wrote in their review they wouldnt refund the money till fair trading got involved
No stock is held. Your order gets hand-balled to a warehouse to be picked and shipped. Hence no communication from Tools Warehouse about the status of the order because they just don’t know.My Makita reciprocating saw was despatched with a small address label affixed over the Makita original packaging box. Everybody in the delivery process could see what my parcel contained. When I complained to Tools Warehouse (they prompted me for feedback) they wanted a photograph of the item as they didn’t have a clue of what was sent to me. Also, there was no invoice supplied with the saw.Give this business a big miss.
I am fascinated that all reviews came within a couple of days of each other, strange?Please save yourself grief, do not buy from this company.Almost two months I tried to find out if my item was posted, they refused to return emails or calls.I contacted Fair Trading, within minutes the refund process was enacted. Why did it have to come to that!!!!Without doubt, the most disgraceful service I have ever received, ever! Do not buy from these people!
I am very happy with the products that you sell, excellent quality...I understand that times are tough with covid but I have been happy with the delivery times but would be good to have more updates on deliveries if possible other than that keep up the good work...I will be a very long term customer...
