Would recommend TopCashback Australia. Great customer service.I had an issue with tracking after following all the T&Cs. After contacting support, they were very responsive of fixing the issue quickly.

Best Cashback Platform in Oz!

Gotta say, out of all the other competitors, TCB is the best platform for cashback. Really easy to click through, have your cashback track and the claim process is super easy. Customer support has been phenomenal with 0 issues whatsoever, the team are quick to respond and are very easily to work with. Had a few issues with CB payouts, took minutes to get in touch and only a few minutes later it was all approved and enroute to my PayPal.

Cahback didn't track

Cahback didn't track. Lodged a claim. The claim still says waiting for Topcashback after a month. I have sent multiple messages as to why its taking so long for them to even look at the claim and start actioning it. No reply .EditThere is no misunderstanding, I understand the claim may take 1-3 months to process. The issue is that no one had even started the process by looking at the claim. Only after this review was left has someone looked at the claim and asked me for a copy of the receipt. If a receipt was necessary then why isn't it asked for in the missed cashback questionnaire? And is it really necessary if the order number has been provided. Seems like delaying tactics to make people forget to follow up. Not had anything like this from other cashback providers.

Problem logging into my account

When I log into my account, it asks me to enter my phone number to verify via SMS, but no code ever arrived, and now it asks me to contact support for the following "Too many code requests attempted". I sent help to support 18 days ago, but I have not received any response so far. I have money to withdraw.

Really great customer service

Usually tracks fine and quick to pay out. When I've had issues, support is fairly responsive. A couple of times I've reached out to TA for help and things are even quicker to resolve. Amazing customer service. Ty ty!

Easy to use and offers great standard cashback rates that are higher than those of other cashback sites. Payout was really quick when I requested it. Customer service has also been excellent.

Outstanding Customer Experience

I signed up to TopCashback Australia once I knew TA had joined the company as the Customer Ambassador. I know exceptional customer experience is sure to follow where TA goes. His professionalism/reputation for prompt & proactive response to customer issues is already legendary among many.This was once again reaffirmed when I lodged a TopCashback claim incorrectly as a new TopCashback customer, reached out to TA for help, and literally within minutes, the issue was resolved.
