There was an issue with a bonus promotion they were running for amazon cashback. The bonus hadn’t tracked. Their rep TA provided excellent communication through Oz Bargain during the day, including direct messages and resolved the issue promptly. Definitely a great experience thanks.
TopCashback is my go-to site for cash backs since it frequently offers bigger cash backs than its competitors.It also has no minimum balance requirement when withdrawing cash, unlike the $10 minimum requirement of the other two I'm with.The support from their rep, TA, has also been excellent, so I have no hesitation in recommending it.
New cashback site to Australia, but they've been going for years in other countries. They've just taken on a new AU rep who is fantastic and will reply directly to you if you reach out via ozbargain. I've not had any issues with them so far and they have a price match policy and are adding more retailers all the time.

As mentioned by a few other reviewers already, TopCashback AU has a support rep named "tightarse" who is active and responsive on Ozbargain. He has helped me resolve a tracking issue with one of my purchases after reaching out to him there. This gives me confidence to make purchases via TopCashback versus some of the other competitors.
I signed up for a NordVPN cashback deal a while ago, and it tracked my purchased. When I wanted to cash out, I couldn't log in to the platform. So, I sent a message to tightarse (the great customer service person in Ozbargain platform) to help. He figured it out with his team and came back to me for the solution within a few days. Then, I could log in and cash out. I would say the key success factor of the cash back platforms (where there are a few current competitors that dominate the market) will be the customer service like tightarse. So, thanks for him and keep up the good work :)
