I reached out to return an item, but they keep asking for pictures proving it’s unused and unopened. I’ve sent photos three times, yet they claim they haven’t received them. This company feels like a total scam. My husband, who is an attorney, is now involved, and we'll see how this unfolds.
I bought a telescope from this company, but by the time it arrived, I had already received one as a gift. When I requested to return it, they asked for pictures of its condition. Since I never opened it, I provided the requested images, but they still won’t accept the return. I advise against buying from them!
I ordered a pair of earphones, but when they arrived, there was no instruction manual included. I couldn't get them to work and reached out via email; they requested photos and videos. A representative mentioned they would escalate my case and that someone would contact me within 12 to 48 hours, but no one did. After several follow-up emails, I was ignored. Eventually, they provided an address to return the item to, but I had to cover the high postage costs, and there was no assurance of a refund for either the item or the shipping. Overall, it feels like a scam.

For starters I ordered a set of headphones stated to be for "xbox" was charged £80 and got sent a pair of cheap headphones which you can buy on amazon with free delivery for less than £25... and the kicker they don't work on xbox unless wired in and the wireless doesn't even work on pc either.. the item I was sent is not fit for purpose and I can't even get a replacement to what I actually ordered or even a refund as there policy is total horse manure... I've tried contacting there support team to no avail this company is a total scam stay away....
What a SCAM!!I want to return a clothes steamer that I thought was from the UK as it is a UK business….. Turns out the shipment was from China. It took ages to get here.It is cheap and nasty. I want to return it unused and in the original packaging. I have emailed the company multiple times to ask about returning it. They completely ignore my emails! Such a scam! Stay away!
I bought a knife roller sharpener which they claimed was 50%off costing me £71.00On arrival it was obvious this was faulty and been used.I have been sending emails back and forth for a month requesting a refund but they just fob you off with an email saying it’s being processed. Do not buy anything from this company.
Ditto. Received phones yesterday that can be bought for $5 on Temo instead of the Sorupods. Paid over $100NZ. I have emailed them for my money back and if this doesn’t happen I told them that I will ask PayPal to do that for me.
