I bought a pair of quite expensive Sorupods which stopped functioning after a few weeks. I followed the guidelines and I sent photos and videos to describe the problems but after three or four mails, the correspondence stopped and I never received a final answer about receiving a new pair of Sorupods (EarPods) or getting a total refund.
I ordered 2 Astrobupy telescopes total bill $227.97 Order # TOPUS518990. No written instructions, just pictures to figure out how to put it together.Quality is sub par, cannot find how to contact them to request a full refund and return the telescopes.Looking through the lens to find the moon is blurry and hard to locate anything else in the sky. So disappointed.
I have to agree with all other reviewers. I generally check out Trustpilot before I buy anything, why I didn’t this time is a mystery and I regret that. This company is not responsive, charge too much, even with all their discounts & email appeals.
Appalling. Wish I could give zero stars. Product arrived faulty, customer service told me they would refund me if I sent the item back to them in China, which cost me even more money, and now they've gone quiet. It's been months of me chasing. I'm out of pocket about 150 quid.
Warning! The way the product looks and the description is complete opposite! The quality is equal to TEMU, but TEMU is a better company to deal with. I requested a return immediately when the package delivered and got push back. Finally they agreed to let me return, but I had to pay the return fee. If you do not know the expense and headache shipping to China. Save yourself grief and use another supplier!!
Order #TOPUS54592. Paid Top Deals Max $166.77 debit card 12/10/24for 2 pair binocular. Product received, but inferior quality. The issues are- 1) the optics are misaligned; the images don't line up. 2)The binoculars have high chromatic aberration; with high contrast, you see a rainbow at the edge. 3) The focal point is imperfect; there are no chrisp details. In summary, optically the binoculars are of poor quality.1/7 I emailed support@customer-star, provided photos and a complete explanation of the problem. I wanted to return the unused binoculars for a full refund.re: Ticket# 138930, 139141,147121. Every time I emailed about a refund, they email me a new Ticket Number. 1/20/25 I filed a complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission against TopDealsMax for failing to refund $166.77 for 2 pairs of optically poor quality binoculars.
