My parcel was delivered in 2 weeks to Russia but got lost in the way cause the address was printed wrongly. I checked my address book, all the details there were correct so it is disappointing. I am glad that it was delivered after all. Update: registered on the website as Katie Horn.
The most horrible delivery experience ever, avoid them. Estimated delivery time was 2-3 weeks.Their courier took the parcel on 30 August, as of today 5 December the parcel has not arrived. They refuse to refund saying we need to wait more, though it is in transit for more than 3 months now. Zero feedback or client service, no updates, the tracker on their site does not work, all our calls, emails and messages are left without reply. Avoid at all costs.My parcel number is 404696
