The main thing is the parcel was delivered from Spain to Russia, took 5 weeks to get there, but it did eventually, so thank you! I was offered 10% discount which I used at check out, but then I received a message saying I needed to pay more, so I paid that discount back. I suspect that messing with the payment delayed the parcel quite a bit as it didn't leave Spain for 3 weeks. I had to ask twice for updates because nothing was changing on the tracking system. I would use the company again if I had to send something to Russia, I would just advise everyone to pay the full price and ignore the discount so as not to mess the progress of your parcel.
I am so happy there is a decent courier services company who you can trust, who help us to maintain deliveries of presents to relatives in Russia during this time of trouble, down to the Russian government... Thank you all at Top Parcel for your service. Used them several times in the last couple of years, and was never disappointed.
