Horrible experience! Back in January I sent a parcel from London to Moscow. They charged me twice and every time were telling me different stories so you decide whether you can trust a company like that. Parcel has been delivered only in July and only when I said I filed a report to National Crime Agency which I actually did. So hopefully proper investigation will take place soon.
