An awful service. The delivery time was 4 times longer than promised. I have paid a door to door delivery, but in Vilnius they don't deliver to the place. And people there had to go to look for the parcel by their own. Support agents anwer once in several days. And much more disappointments...
Great service, with very helpful staff. Appreciated the flexibility when describing the content of the parcel. Didn't give five stars because I found the procedure rigid when it concerns the weight, 400 gramms over the declaired weight caused my parcel to be blocked. Luckily the staff was very hepful indeed and the problem could be resolved,All together I'd say very good service.
They will steal your money and parcel. They know absolutely nothing about the laws of country they send parcel to. I asked them 1 million times if my package will be delivered straight to the address, they fooled me that they will. Of course my package wasn’t delivered because they use the worst delivery company in Russia. And now they want ME calling to their partners and looking for my parcel in another country. Guys if delivery of package is too hard for you, think about being casher at McDonalds. This job too complicated for you.
