Awful, unhelpful company. I would never trust them again. They do not keep promises, they do not answer messages or phone calls. As far as I can see they have lost my parcel and do not care. They promised that their courier would bring labels with him, then blamed me for not putting labels on the parcel! A slightly cheaper price is not worth the stress caused by an untrustworthy business.
I was looking for a logistics company to send parcel from a company in the UK to an individual in Russia. At first company in UK sent me the parcel DHL, but DHL did not warn that they did not work with physical persons and sent the package back, after that I found TopParcel. It was the right decision.
