Our moving manager was Mike and he was very helpful with sorting things out regarding paper works and updating me with regards to our shipment. Our stuff arrived a month later than expected so we have to pay a small amount money for the delay but the rest of the fee was covered with the quote that Mike gave us. Very reasonable price and our stuff arrived in good condition and nothing was missing. The company that delivered our stuff here in Canada are very nice. Everything sa very smooth. Very happy with the service.
Just completed my international move using TMS. I can highly recommend their service! Mike was the person allocated to help me. What a patient man! He took the time to explain things and reassure me when necessary. This wasn’t the first time I’d moved internationally but it’s been many years since I’d done it and things change! The removal men at both ends were excellent. The firm that TMS uses to deal with everything on the other side of the Channel were also excellent- special thanks to Agustina!There was lots of communication between all parties throughout.
