Review Time
Still awaiting my sons birthday gift that was ordered over 4 weeks ago. I've emailed today for updates just to be told they have apparently lost it. How long they would have left me waiting to find this out I don't no but its now going to take another 15 to 20 days to arrive! Way to late for my sons birthday. Won't be ordering from them again and now going to have to wait and see how long it takes them to return my money!
Absolute SCAM artists - paid for an expensive toy six months ago never arrived - and every time I emailed looking for a refund they blamed, covid, then the postal service, then their financial team, then the refund service.... excuses all they way - 37 emails later and still no toy or refund.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

Hi I ordered a car for my son as a Christmas present at the end of October and I still haven't received it. I have é mailed them several times and got a reply apologising for the delay and saying my order is being dispatched in the next 48hrs and was been shipped from the USA. 3 weeks later I still haven't received the item. Its a scam of a website.
The variety of toys hooked me so much that forgot why am there in the first place since am someone who loves toys a lot if i had the money ill buy the whole collection and that is the best complement i can give for such a presentation of a website their customer service is friendly and answer even the simplest question that you have and not mentioning when you buy something even better so for me i rated excellent!!!

This is a great shop! They have a wide variety of toys. They almost have every kind of toy. I love the collectible vehicle toys that I purchased. The toys were made with high-quality materials and the designs were almost the same with real cars. They are so worth buying for collection at a very reasonable price. The shipping was also quick, I received my order ahead of the scheduled delivery and the products were well-packed. I really appreciate their effort for shipping my order as soon as possible. They also have excellent customer service, the seller is responsive to queries and assisted me well though the whole process.
