I know very well this brand, with a lot of quality products. Very interesting to buy these products. My children should me to buy on the Toyscentral website. We found a lot of dolls and a lot of toys and games. I appreciate take a time on the website and to purpose to my children to buy games and products. I consider this brand and website as very interesting, with great quality, good customer service, and attractive prices. Not my fault but my expense!

My package arrived in perfect condition but when opened I noticed the kite was damaged in a way that could have only happened when the kite was being folded and packed in its case by an employee - the rod had been pushed back in and pierced the kite. The company suggested I should send it back AT MY EXPENSE! Or if I can find a local company (during lockdown and I live miles from anywhere) that I think could fix it then to get a quote and their manager might agree to pay it... completely impractical and ridiculous. The kite cost £200 and arrived damaged and I’m not satisfied with how they have handled this.
