AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst company ever! Ordered some monkey bars and plastic climbing grips at the end of April. Only got the monkey bars after badgering then via email for weeks about the status of the order. Still haven’t received the climbing grips and I’ve sent many many emails and left many many voicemails. I’ve asked for a refund on numerous occasions which has just been ignored. Awful customer service and total lack of communication! Please don’t waste your time and money.

Buyer beware!!!!!! Total scam!!!!! I placed an order on 24th May....17th June got an email it was dispatched.....26th July STILL hasn’t arrived and company can not provide tracking info and won’t issue a refund!!!!! Total scam!!!!!! Do NOT give this company your money!!!!!!!

Absolute disgusting criminal pigs

Absolute disgusting criminal pigs, please do not EVER buy anything from this seller. It has been months and I have had to chase up my product that never arrived. Eventually got a reply apologising, advising that my product has been lost on transit and a refund will be issued. Never heard from them again, have had to constantly chase them up myself. Now they are telling me I have to go through 'stripe'for my refund. They had never mentioned this before and when they did in my last email they did not offer me any insight into who stripe are or any contact details for them. Someone called SWAPNA has been emailing me and I dont even think thos person is real. I am taking legal action and I suggest anyone else who has dealt with them do the same as they are essentially stealing money from people and also committing Freud by pretending to be a UK company. This cannot continue and I will fight tooth and nail to bring them to justice.

Scam

Ordered an item over £230.00 never got any email to confirm dispatch. Tried to contact by email, kept bouncing back. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Seems to be a scam. Thankfully my bank managed to reverse the transaction.

I must have googled a different toy…

I must have googled a different toy central when I was looking for reviews on this company. Had I have seen these shocking reviews I would never have brought anything.I purchased and Item in April £96 every email was an excuse about Covid and delivery from america blah blah blah I have been told I will receive refund twice now since June and no refund.Absolutely disgusting and if we can get the company shut down lets do this.

Like a previous customer I would give…

Like a previous customer I would give this 0*I ordered a board game in April during lockdown. Never received despite countless emails back and forth with excuses about supplier demand etc. I eventually asked for a refund and have had no correspondence since. I looked on here and saw countless reviews that there is a FRAUDULENT site pretending to be Toy Central. Shocking!!!I have never been scammed before .... always checking URL etc however they have scammed me to the tune of £50. I got in touch with my bank... yes I paid with my debit card!! Barclays Bank have now refunded my money! Anyone that has been scammed by this company ... get in touch with your bank. They will refund you any money lost! Please beware people!!!
