Review Time
I would give them zero stars if I could! I ordered a toy in May for my son's birthday and paid over £60. In June it still hadn't arrived so I emailed them to see what was going on. They blamed the virus for the delay and said to expect delivery in 7-10 days. Nothing arrived. I went looking for this toy yesterday because I read these reviews the night before and knew these scammers wouldn't be sending it, only to be told that this toy has been discontinued so I am now unable to get it. Now 3 weeks from I last had contact, I emailed them again and the email address they were using didn't work. I went onto their site and was able to leave a message through there demanding a full refund or I would be reporting them as a scam and have them shut down. I just recieved an email from a different email address as before saying my message has been sent to the correct department. So we will wait and see. Absolute gutter rats for doing this to children, my son was so excited for his toy, its part of his collection. Every time a van drove into our yard he thought it was here. I had to tell him it wasn't coming, he is so upset. I will edit this if I get my refund.Edit: So the toy actually come. I had ordered model farm machinary. I am more angry at myself for buying such crap. It is 1/4 of the size I expected it to be and made of plastic instead of metal. It does state the size in the add though. But as 1/64 of actual machinary size, I some how feel cheated and it does not justify the £60 price tag but I want no more dealings with this disgrace of a company, so will just keep it.
