Wanted to get a master chief collectible figure for my brother but was unsure about the way they presented the product only one picture that looks basically copied and pasted from any master chief image it costed about €138 which seemed fair enough considering it looked basically realistic and about 6 inches tall with a stand Then I just decided to look at what the site was selling in general then lo an behold it was selling an 8 pack of crayola crayons for €30 you can literally get them for 90c to €1.80 In hundreds of other sites on the internet don’t trust this site as far as you could throw it (you can’t throw a site so😂) never get anything from it or you’ll be scammed all those 5 stars are probably from the people who made the site making fake accounts
This company is an absolute waste of time - do not use them - bought a model plane flight box for my partner - they fail to mention their stock comes from USA - it has taken 53 days to arrive and now it's here its not even what was advertised on their website and they will not answer on customer services - you have been warned !!
Just avoid. Made an order before googling for reviews. Read the reviews which instantly raised my suspicions. Because the delivery timeline is only displayed on the product page it was hidden due to my screen resolution so I had no idea of delivery time. I sent an email and got a response stating the delivery time was between 23rd - 29th of September however it was on track to be delivered before then. This reply was a complete lie. The order didn't come, I emailed again last week asking for an update. I then did not receive a reply however got an email stating I had requested a cancelling (which I hadn't) and got a refund. I would have preferred for my order to be delivered however understand that Satish was simply lying in the first email about having any sort of tracking on my order. ToysCentral had my money for 6 weeks meaning I couldn't make similar purchases during that time. Just avoid overall. This company has no clue.
I run a small mail order company in the UK. We sell a set of 3 dice which are made for us here in the UK. The price is £3.99 including VAT. Toys Central are selling our dice - they even mention they are from our company - and claim the full price is £72, but they have a discount of 40% so they are selling them at 'only' £43.20. This is extreme price gouging. Unbelievable.I am sure that the 5 star reviews are fake, and the 1 star reviews are from real customers...
This is a fraudulent site. They take your money and keep communicating with you about delivery delays until it is too late to go to your credit card company and ask for the cancellation of the transaction. I am sure that no goods exist. It is a criminal site! Don't believe the positive feedbacks. They are fake!
To be honest, I did look for reviews before I ordered from this company but didn't find anything negative so I ordered a collectible item from them. I received an acknowledgement email that said I would be sent notification once the item was dispatched. I hadn't heard anything more than a week later, so tried emailing them but it just bounced back as undeliverable. I was able to email them through their website. but had no reply. I then checked again for reviews and found all the bad reviews on here, this made me wonder if I'd been really scammed, so i ordered the item from ebay for much more than I'd paid on Toys Central. I sent another email via their website and still heard nothing, but then after a time I received an email saying the item had been dispatched and everything looked aboveboard and fine. After not long a time, the item arrived, everything perfect and no problems at all with the item which I am very pleased with. By contrast, the 'replacement' item I'd ordered from ebay, coming from US to UK, took forever to arrive and not only cost a lot more but when it arrived eventually, was not as good as the item sent to me from this company. I think they may also have sent the item from America, even though the firm is based in India,but the one they sent, once it had been sent, arrived quickly. I really wish I had not read the negative reviews on here, then I would not have got spooked into ordering the item from ebay. I think the main problem with Toys Central is that they don't reply to email, it may be because of problems they are having because of the covid thing, it is affecting businesses all over the world after all. I wish I had not wasted my money on ordering this item from an ebay seller when Toys Central sent me the same for much cheaper and totally new. I only ordered it from ebay after reading the negative reviews on here. All I can say is don't be put off by the bad reviews on here, give them a chance to fulfill the order before panicking, remember the covid situation, and be patient. Chances are your order will arrive and all will be fine.
indian scam website. you can tell from the prices. unfortunately it comes top in google search results so people assume it's safe to use. also note the fake 5 star reviews, all have similar reviews. check the i.p address, goes back to their office in india
