You don’t deserve any star Travellink !Its not a trustworthy site , they are fast in withdrawal of your money to pay for the tickets but to download a boarding pass it was impossible . To cancel the trip it was impossible , to use the insurance I paid incase I had to cancel was impossible and nothing was solved Could not get any actual help . Their customer service staff talk like they are helping you on the phone and keep saying “so sorry you are facing this but we will solve it for you within 24/48 hours “. My time expired,my date of travel was at hand and I still had no boarding pass or any kind of confirmation. Stay away fromTravellink. Book directly with the airline companies.
Worst service ever. Our flight got cancelled and we could not reach them. They always told us to wait and they would call us later, but they never did. They send us emails that they have tried to call "us" and said that our number is their own number. I would never recommend anyone to use them and I would never do it again myself!!! right now i dont have a flight
Terrible customer support.My flights were cancelled by the airline (LATAM) and I requested a refund after calling and writing Travellink thousand of times.However, I am STILL waiting for the refund on my cancelled flights over 1 year ago.Yes, 1 year has passed, but I have NOT got my refund yet.Booking number: 7202380649I will never use Travellink again and don't recommend it to anybody, unless you want to waste your time and money.
Warning: Never book and pay a rental car online before you reach your destination. Incase your flight is cancelled or you, by any other legal reason are obstructed to travel, your payment will not be reimbursed e.s. your money is gone.Please find below the answer from CarTrawler/addCaron my Application for refund, quote:Dear Tomas,Thank you for your email.I am very sorry to learn that you were unable to use your car hire booking with Addcar reserved through Travellink Cars.
