WARNING!After Waiting for 2 Years and Still No ResultsWe started using TravelRefund in December 2022 and received some standard email replies stating they were contacting the airline. However, after one year, when we asked about the status, they simply told us to keep waiting. We began to lose trust in them and started suspecting that they might possibly be fabricating information. When we requested proof that they had contacted the airline, they claimed we misunderstood their process and told us to wait longer.As of now, it has been more than two years, and there is still no result. Based on the terms we agreed to when we first engaged with them, if we want to handle the case with the airline ourselves or switch to another agency, we are required to pay them without receiving any compensation from the airline. I also read that some companies might keep the compensation from the airline without passing it on to their customers.Does anyone have experience dealing with this type of situation? How can we escape this trap?*Alma, I know you will respond to this review. Instead of spending time writing long-winded positive responses on the internet, why not spend time on customer cases? Do you think everyone doesn't know that nothing has actually progressed and the customers has not received any compensation??
