I am very sad and disappointed for the treatment I received. I was supposed to receive help to get a refund. It's been 3 months I am receiving emails with no answers from the airline company. I asked to close the case and I was required to pay a fee.They told me was written i the contract.Even if, there was zero transparency about that.I am unemployed, I asked the refund because I am struggling with money and they asked me a fee, probably mentioned in a small part of the contract.This is not give good service to people, this is not helping people thet are struggling.I am very disappointed because looked very nice service but at the end I am really speechless and sad.
I filed a claim on Jan 2024. There were only 2 updates from TravelRefund via email until May 2024- the last email seemed to explain there was nothing else which could be done as the airline was non-responsive, and they'd get in touch if a lawyer was deemed fit to continue the case. Never heard from them again. Last week - Nov 2025 - checked with the airline only to discover the airline had PAID travelrefund the claim in JANUARY 2025, almost a year ago. I have been chasing TravelRefund for a week for feedback. They have been very non-responsive, only responding one email stating that they've never received the payment, and are looking into it. TravelRefund is not a transparent business, I dont recommend them at all - find a serious company which actually has commitment to responding via email, chat, and phone, and provides you clear status visibility and access to any and all documents and communication related to your case. This is unfortunately looking like a scam. There is a complete mismatch between what the airline says, what TravelRefud states to me over email, and what their website's dashboard shows as status.

SCAM!! They did not make any effort to get my money back.. as soon as I submitted the request, 1 day later they said it would not be possible and now they sent me an email claming 150$ fees. FOR WHAT?! Nop, you will not have my money even with a threat with a debt collector.. THIS IS A FULLY SCAM!
I applied for my compensation for flight delayed and provided any the necessary details. They are mailing me that they are working hard for my compensation. Airlines not replying them.. but the truth is they already got me compensation amount in 22nd September. And they did not inform me about that. I already send my bank details to them. I will not recommend their services. I have trust you and give all my details but you broke my trust
I started completing trainer forms and then when I did a bit of research I was advised that because my flight landed just before the 3 hour mark I would not get compensation, therefore I didn’t not complete the form with all of my details. I then received an email saying they were submitting my claim and when I asked them not to they said they would invoice me….total scam!
Extremely poor performance and customer handling, based on my experience. The company left me disappointed. No transparency, no accountability. I would never recommend their services if you value your time. I said I’d consider updating my review if results followed.
