Case number:29172Over 5 month I can't get my money from Travelrefund.com...Travel airline company wrote me that it was fully paid..All what they re doing just lying for customers to make more customers and more money..After few month Alma Travelrefund told me that aircompany doesn't responded for them and they re going to close my case..NEVER fill up and USE THIS SWINDLERS application form and SCAM GANG company THEY WILL CHEAT YOU..!
This is usless company! 11 months couldn't close simple case worth 400€, They were illude me for 11 months where people from my flight got money after 2 weeks of the flight. Airline didnt want to pay me money sending me to my legal representative which was gues who: TRAVELREFUND. After releasing them from being my representative due to not being able to collect my money, I got my money from the airline after 2 weeks. This is a BIG NO NO! for this company. They blocked my oryginal email as well so I couldn't post my opinion about them.
