After years of cheaply made walkers falling apart at very inconvenient moments it was a great relief to find the Trionic walker. Now I can set out with confidence and excell on any terrain I need to manage. If Caterpillar, Rolls Royce or Ducati made walkers this is what they would look like.
The Trionic Veloped Rollator changed my life. I thought I would never be able to takes walks again, but the Trionic changed that. Not only can I go on long walks, but I am able to hike many of the mountain trails that I love. I'm not saying I can go rock climbing, but I can now tackle most easy trails. Rolling over tree roots and small rocks is easy for the Trionic. I would highly recommend it to anyone that must depend on the aid of a walker. get your freedom back!
I have tried or at least investigated every walker on the market and found the Trionic Veloped the the only really viable solution.
The large inflated tyres cope with quite substantial obstacles like kerbs and gravel and prevent vibration from being transmitted to the hands.
The brakes are exceptional in that they are not only parking brakes but can be used progressively when going downhill. This is vitally important because an accelerating walker makes one rush to keep up and an accident is certain sooner or later. These are just two of the many advantages of the Veloped.
I would seriously urge anyone needing a walker to get in touch with Trionic (Google will find) and obtain their excellent brochure which explains the Veloped in full detail.
I have vertigo and a neuromuscular condition. I am unsteady at all times. I can walk in the house, but that's not good enough for building muscles and maintaining health.
I started walking with a different rollator in June 2015. By November, it was clear I needed more stability, less bumpiness, and the ability to walk in the winter.
I found all three with the Veloped Sport with 12-inch wheels. I am stable. I have very little road bumpiness transferred to my arms (and my head). I can walk through snow and mud.
I love this rollator, and not just for winter. It is my walking rollator. I use it twice a day to take my walks, so I can stay as healthy as possible.
I have recently purchased a 14 inch wheel Veloped Tour, and I am absolutely delighted with its performance. After walking through thick mud, woodland, cobble stones , and fields the Veloped was truly tested , and proved to be easy to use, and matched all that was stated it could do. My walking was upright, normal, and swift, and enabled me to experience the pleasure of walking in the countryside that I enjoyed a few years ago before I developed a balance problem called Ataxia , caused by Cerebellar degeneration.
Congratulations on a superior design.
My bicycle accident, four years ago, left me with such poor balance, that I struggled to walk with a stick. In fact, I found myself very reluctant to walk even short distances. There is the standard red rollator, something many elderly people have, but I wanted something better looking and needed something more practical. The life-changing Veloped has done all of that. The day after it arrived, I walked one mile! Incredible! I don't even have to search pavements for the dropped kerb. My Veloped overcomes normal kerbs with its cleverly-designed twin front wheels. If it rains, there is even a cover for it. It is an absolute dream and I feel very proud to walk with it and to be seen with it. I must say, "Well done and Congratulations!" to Stefan Kindberg for the smart design, coupled with the amount of detail, care and thoughtfulness he put into creating it.
