I live to love the outdoors. I suffer stir crazy if confined inside my home. This was not a problem until my poor weary body began falling apart in my mid 70's. I couldn't walk properly and my years of smoking left me with COPD which has meant breathing isn't always easy. I had tried various implements to help me enjoy being outside in the fresh air,but none helped.
Then I came cross Trionic on the internet and I was captivated. I think that I read every review in attempting to see if this was the helpmate I needed. I was convinced that it was.
I couldn't believe it when a Trionic Veloped was advertised in my Australian state of Tasmania for sale, in used condition. I promptly sent the seller message after message to ensure it was the model for me. Sport 14r, perfect. The seller offered to deliver it at a reasonable cost, and I was happy as Larry.
It is now two months since I took delivery of my Veloped and I am so happy in the difference too my lifestyle it has created. I can now accompany my dear wife on country walks over any and all terrain. My only regret is that it took me so long to find Trionic as so many of my retirement years have been lost.

I have bought 2 of the velopeds. 1st one 12" wheel (apart from delivery problems) was good.2nd one 14" wheel was not. Same delivery probs. The clips that hold the handles in were placed that when trying to apply the stand brakes, they hit the lever. I had to undo and move round. The red top on left had stand lever had fallen off (I found it in the box). The gold, crimped on thing at the end of left had brake cable just fell off.I have found accessories, such as pump & cover useless, more so the expensive comfort seat.THE LINK TO REVIEWS IS NOT AVAILABLE.Unfortunately, as far as tyres as concerned, it seems we are tied to these buggers.
The people a Veloped have been patient, kind and thorough throughout the process of deciding which one to buy and then starting to use it. I cannot rate them highly enough! And the machine is excellent. No adverse comments at all; just what I wanted and expected.
Firstly, the customer service has been faultless, from the advice when ordering my trionic velope, to the immediate response when, after daily use for over 5 years, I needed to order a new seat and basket. I have little to no balance, as well as difficulty walking. The velope has, and continues to be, an absolute life saver. It has given me continued independence, from grocery shopping, to showing off its all terrain capabilities while I'm out walking my dog. The latter, being the main reason that I need to replace the basket and seat cover!I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Trionic.
From start to finish, the whole process of buying a Trionic 14er W was easy. The walker is exceptional and has changed my life, enabling me to access terrain previous out of my range. The customer service was also exceptional and customer friendly. Helpful, clear and polite , unlike a lot of firms who don't care once they have taken your money. I was delighted by their whole approach and obviously my new walker! I would recommend Trionic to everyone.
As always with Trionic, I had great response to an inquiry about a replacement part for my Trionic rollator. I got a prompt response to my inquiry, quick identification of the part needed and immediate delivery. Great company, great products.
The Veloped is a machine for living. I'm sure that nearly every Vellie owner will tell you that this beautiful creature gave them back a quality of life they thought they'd lost forever.
