Review Time
Best trip planner I have ever uaed, including all the paid ones! It is very simple to use. It has suggestions for things to do, ability to add up expenses, and a feature to print out the plan. I really cannot think of anything that would make this any better!
I like the layout but some suggestions:* being able to add a new destination on one page instead of going back a page to add a city.* letting users add a city that is not in your search box..( I live in Australia and lots of smaller locations are not in the search box, so could not be added to our trip)* allowing 50-100 words of text in your location (notes) so users can add useful local information for each stop.* adding the ability to easily share your itinerary online with a family member.
It is user-friendly, it gives you lots of options of places to visit and transportation available. It is my personal travel agent for sure. It makes changes fast, and it sinchronizes all over again, and even identifies the best route, it is amazing.
I really like this website so far! Everything works well and I did not encounter any difficulties. If I could recommend one thing to the TripHobo team, it would be to add an hostel booking option. Since I was planning a long backpack trip in Europe, I would have booked all my hostels with TripHobo! Furthermore, I do not know if this option is available, but adding a little review for each major city would be great! It could be as sinple as some criterias like the nightlife, the amount of tourists, the budget per day, how it is accomodated to tourists etc. But overall, it is a really great planning website!
My parents and I enjoyed our time on the DoDublin Hop On Hop Off Tour which we ordered via TripHobo. The ordering was fairly easy, and the tour was informative, and took us around the city to a number of interesting sites, and gave interesting information. Would do it again! Only reduced a star because getting the actual tickets, getting to the vicinity of stops, and finding a place to catch the bus wasn't as easy as it should be. I think TripHobo could improve of these elements (either on their side or with DoDublin) via technology - for example via enabling digital tickets, and pointing to a live map following the bus(es), or more clarity in communication of such details (for example, recommending parking lots near stops on their website, and directions to nearest bus stop, etc., or links to similar information) or both.
